2024 ANNUAL FELLOWS COURSE

Each year, the ARS hosts an Advanced Sinus and Skull Base Course for current/future (matched) Rhinology Fellows-In-Training. The program has been specifically designed with your needs in mind and consists of lectures, a full day of hands-on experience, and networking opportunities with our faculty and your peers. If you are not matched into a Rhinology Fellowship, you can not apply for this course. Limited space.

Arrival: Thursday, May 2, 2024 by 5:00 pm / Welcome Orientation begins at 5:45 pm
Departure: Saturday, May 4, 2024

TRAVEL

Airfare to the 2024 Fellows Course will be covered up to $300.  You will need to make your own reservations and submit your flight expenses to Wendi Perez at the conclusion of the course.  DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS UNTIL YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION.

You will be responsible for round-trip ground transportation from the airport to the Holiday Inn Chicago North Evanston.

FAQ

Question: Will ground transportation be provided?
Answer: No. You will be responsible for round-trip ground transportation to/from the hotel.

Question: Who do I contact for air travel arrangements?
Answer: Fellows are responsible for booking their own air transportation. Depending upon your departure city, date and time, partial, or all your airfare will be covered up to a maximum of $300. The cost of your airfare will be reimbursed after the conclusion of the Course.

Question: When do I need to arrive?
Answer: Please plan to arrive on Thursday, May 2 prior to 5:00 pm.  The first function is a Welcome Orientation at 5:45 pm. 

Note:  Hotel guest room check-in is 3:00 pm.  Though it is not a guarantee, every effort will be made to have your room available upon an earlier arrival.

Question: What is the attire for the Fellows Course?
Answer: Business casual for all meetings and dinners.
