How to pay your dues

The ARS website gives you a safe and secure mechanism for paying your dues on-line. There are several ways for you to reach the dues payment module, and below is a tutorial on how to do it.

Step 1
First you need to log into the website. This is done by clicking on the "Login" link at the top right of the website. If you don't know your username and password, please send an email to the administration. Make sure to leave detailed information. Once you have logged in, click on "Preferences" in the upper right.

From the PREFERENCES page, you can go directly to the Membership Renewal link or you can click on "Update My Profile" to see when your dues will expire.

When viewing your membership profile, scroll down about midway to locate the statement "Dues paid through." Dues paid for the year cover membership until December 31st of the year. Therefore, dues for the next year need to be paid by 12/31 in order to maintain your status with the Society before January 1st of the next year.

After you verify that your dues need to be paid, select "Membership Renewal" from the MEMBERS tab in the top left of the website.

Complete the form with your credit card information. Once this is complete, you will receive email confirmation and a receipt that your dues have been paid. Your payment will be entered into a database that can be extracted by the ARS administration. This will be associated with an authorization code and a confirmation code; please keep this information handy.

Go back and view your membership profile (Step 2 and step 3) to verify that your dues are paid in full for the next year.
