Notes from the 2018 Course
The Resident ARS Dissection Course was a success this year! This course has continued to be a highly sought after event at the Fall ARS meeting and we hope to continue this offering in New Orleans in 2019.

All the faculty did an amazing job putting together educational material ranging from the medical management of CRS to the nuances of doing complex skull base surgery. Our goal was to put on a highly interactive course to allow discussion from the audience. We achieved this goal as the case presentations and panels generated robust discussions and interactions from the audience.

The meet and greet following the didactics on Thursday night brought together attendees, course faculty and ARS leadership. Our attendees continue to rank this as one of the most important aspects to the course. Thank you to the ARS leadership and our corporate partner Intersect ENT for supporting this portion of the course.

The cadaver dissection as always was the highlight of the course with attendees getting to perform basic endoscopic sinus surgery to more advanced surgical procedures. All stations had image guidance with a full array of instrumentation and drills that was made available by our corporate partner Olympus. A special thank you for all the time and energy Olympus put into the course to make it a great experience for all.

See you in New Orleans for the next ARS Resident Dissection Course!
