In Memoriam
Kelvin C. Lee, MD

Our valued colleague and friend, Kelvin C. Lee, M.D., passed away suddenly on November 20, 2005. A graduate of Yale University (BS) and University of California, San Francisco (MD), Dr. Lee trained in General Surgery at NYU School of Medicine and in Otolaryngology at UCSF. He remained at UCSF as faculty and in 1999 joined the faculty of NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Lee was an integral member of the ARS, recently serving as a consultant to the Board of Directors as well as on the Research and Program Committees. He was known internationally for his inquisitive mind and innovations in rhinology and sleep surgery. Dr. Lee was a compassionate physician, a superb teacher, a dedicated father and husband, and a wonderful colleague and friend. We will miss him greatly.
